Terms for Parents

You must be 18 or over and a parent, carer or guardian of the children you add. By creating an account you confirm this.

• Supervise children while they play — CloseKin Play is designed to be played together.
• Only add profiles for people you are responsible for, using a first name or nickname.
• Keep your login and the device secure, since profiles and progress are stored on it.

One subscription covers unlimited adults and children in your Family Space. The 14-day free trial includes Realm 1.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, renewals and cancellation follow Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

CloseKin Play is a family conversation game. It is not therapy, counselling or professional advice. If you have concerns about a child's wellbeing, please seek professional help.

We never record what anyone says during play. You can delete all profiles and progress at any time in Settings, and ask us to delete your account. See the Kids' Privacy page and Data map.
